Who Am I?

My name is yael and I’m 16.

I’ve lived in Israel my entire life and I like it a lot here. I like the hot

weather, the people and the culture.

My Family, Friends and Hobbies:

I am the oldest of five kids, three girl and two boys and we all live together.

My mother is an ambulance driver; my Dad has a stationery business.

I go to a youth group that involves trips around the country, learning about Israel and Jewish history including Zionistic ideals. (Kind of like the scouts.)

In addition I go to gymnastics as an after school program and coach younger gymnasts.

Neveh Channah - My School

Neve Channa is a Jewish- religious high school for girls.

I’m in 10^th grade and my favorite subjects are biology and physics, even though I’m not that great at them.

I like this school (as much as you can like a school…) because I think that it gives you a lot of opportunities to learn about a variety of subjects. I think that most of the girls in this school like it here too and that’s another thing that makes it an exceptionally good school that is fun to come to. Their are a lot of opportunities and ways for students to change things around the school and express themselves, that gives you the feeling that the school and the place is really yours.

My Plans for the Future:

I don’t know what I want to do when I’ll be older but I do know that I want

to continue coaching in gymnastics, or teaching aerobics as a side job.
